How My Journey Began
I had a very distraught relationship with myself and the world.
Growing up I was always in a very distraught relationship with myself and the world. My emotions fluctuated between extreme cheerfulness and deep sadness. Sometimes people would see me at school and outside and would be shocked by the change in my personality. This was caused by a tumultuous childhood and being hypervigilant at all times. Whenever I would feel pressure I would “turn off” and be very quiet. But once I felt comfortable and safe, I would go “wild”.
How do you learn about yourself in such an environment? How do develop your authenticity? My curiosity and urge for freedom led me to move abroad and go on an exploratory journey toward the true ME. I had to unlearn, heal and learn a lot about myself, the world, and my relation to other people. Now as a certified relationship coach, I guide others to do the same. It is my life’s purpose to help people find the power within themselves to build the life of their dreams and expand radically. There is enough space for all of us.
