3 books that changed the way I see myself and the world

I don't know about you but I love to read. For me, books are an entrance to a different reality and I get so engaged in the story that often I can't put them down easily.

But there are three books that affected me deeply and awoke something within that changed me for the better. If you are looking for a book to help you get a new perspective and understand more about the world, here are my recommendations:

  1. The New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose by Eckhart Tolle - This book marked the beginning of my personal development. For the first time ever, as I was reading I started to notice my thoughts, the Ego, and how it affected me. Eckhart teaches that by looking into our minds and detaching ourselves from our ego, we can practice acceptance and enjoyment. If you want to go even further, Oprah has a podcast series with Eckhart where they discuss each chapter. It is truly magical. You can find the podcast here.

  2. You Are Supernatural by Joe Dispenza - Reading this book is a life-changing experience. If you are looking for proof of how powerful and in control we are, this is the right source to go to. In this read, Joe gives real-life examples of how people healed themselves and manifested abundance, he explains the science behind it and gives instructions on how to meditate and achieve that yourself. I have single-handedly experienced visions of my future and future self through one of his guided meditations. I did not believe this was possible without some sort of substance, but I managed to achieve it without any influence.

  3. Reinventing Your Life by Jeffrey E. Young - When I first started going to therapy I needed to learn to separate the past and present. I needed to teach my mind and body that this is the safe present and I am no longer in the unsafe past. This book explains several behavioral patterns and offers practical strategies to overcome them with real-life examples. I owe a lot of my self-awareness to this book.

Apart from literature, if you still feel that you want hands-on support with working on yourself and others, reach out, and let's do it together.

With love and support,

Stefani.
