My program 1 consists of a single 60 mins coaching session. This is useful when the client needs to “dissect” a topic with the aim of bringing insight and possible resolution.
If the goal is to get more focused and in-depth help with an established goal in mind, my program 2 offers space to build awareness and adopt a new behaviour.
If the preference is to get results faster, then my program 3 is ideal. This is a speed program of intensive sessions, three times a week.
At a time where there are multiple aspects to a coaching question that require time and attention to build awareness and new behavior - program 4 is most fitting, with a total of ten sessions.
For those that don’t have the time nor patience for weekly meetings, I have prepared a two-day full-time coaching program that embodies the essence of program 2 & 4.
